About this work

A cloth of dark red silk velvet. At one of the shorter sides a patch is sewn on. Bordered on three sides by red silk fringe. Unlined. A corner inserted. Note: Self-edge; 1.1 cm, twill weave, braid 2 cm wide, 1 cm sewn on.
