Salt cellar of silver on a pedestal

Salt cellar of silver. On a rectangular base supported by four ball feet, on either side of the handle stand two hemispherical, internally gilded vessels on four lion's paws; each vessel is decorated with two ring-bearing lion heads and a narrow profile rim. The handle is a column that widens upward, with four lion's paws on a plinth. At the top, a knob with two lion masks holding a flat lamp with two flames.
