About this work
Lid of polychrome faience. The pot is octagonal, with eight panels painted on the eight sides. In four panels a vase with two S-shaped handles, standing on a tripod base and filled with flowers, is painted; in the other four panels a lidded pot on a tripod base with a phoenix above it. The pot is part of a set and is marked.
