Linen damask napkin with Nabal. Central field: the symmetrical pattern displays three scenes from bottom to top: 1 Shearer, ram, and basket for wool. 2 Nabal on a seat making a rejecting gesture, and a group of four men in short puffed breeches (only the foremost in full length; of the rear three only the heads visible) in a bent posture, slightly imploring; the word Nabal doubled in mirror image. 3 Camel with rider and laden donkey. As filler between the scenes: trees, shrubs, and smaller livestock. Vertical borders: symmetrical pointed arch scrolls filled with birds and flowers. Surrounded by a block border. Hem: open hem.
