About this work
Oriental carpet with Herati pattern, with white segments in the corners composed of botehs made of flowers and flower buds and geometric filler motifs. Six borders, the middle and widest of which is decorated with double vines and rosettes. Long braided fringe. Woven by Qushgai weavers.
