About this work

Table decorated with marquetry of pink, rosewood and olive wood and other wood types, ivory and gilded bronze. The round table rests on three S-shaped legs, at the bottom with rocaille mounts, which merge into styles and divide the rules into three fields. The field at the front forms a door and shows a seated woman with a sheep; the other two fields show landscapes with trees and houses, with mother-of-pearl windows. The top, with a gilded bronze border with gallery around it, is decorated with ruins.
