Linen damask napkin with the coat of arms of Cornelis Hop. Central field: symmetrical pattern of various volute scrolls with blocked thickenings at the nodes. Between them a horizontal oval shield with the coat of arms of Cornelis Hop (1685-1762), ambassador at the court of King Louis XV of France: quarterly, 1 and 4 a head of a bird standing on a globe (the bird of 1 reversed, that of 4 looking back); 2 and 3 two wings reversed. Escutcheon divided: 1 a fess, 2 on the right a five-pointed star, on the left a wassenaar facing left. The shield surmounted by a five-petal crown. Supporters: on the right an eagle reversed, on the left a lion reversed. Borders: armorial trophies. Corners: a rondas. Surrounding block border.
