About this work
A wall panel with silk-painted wallpaper. The cream-white ground in rib weave is divided by two grey-blue stripes in satin weave per strip into a wide central panel and narrower side panels. On the blue, tied bouquets are painted alternating with loose flowers; on the central panel an upright vine with leaves and flower variations in pink, lilac and blue, and on the sides a narrower vine with flowers.
