About this work
Gilt bronze six-armed candelabrum. The stem is jointed. The C-shaped arms are attached to the thickened cylindrical section, emerging from a C-shaped acanthus leaf, ending in a ram's head. Shell motifs are placed between the ram's heads. The stem has a vase-shaped finial, decorated with four female busts, whose lower bodies end in animal claws. The stem is closed at the bottom with a leaf motif.
