About this work

Globular vase of polychrome painted majolica on a high foot. The vase has three handles. On the body are three pointed-ovals painted within which is a portrait of a man with long hair looking to the left. Between the ovals are painted floral and leafy scrolls. The vase is painted in yellow luster and in blue (outlines) on white.
