About this work

Round plate of painted porcelain. The plate has a ribbed and scalloped rim. The plate is painted with a tiger around a bamboo stem, scattered Indian flowers, butterflies, and branches with birds. The rim is decorated with the 'Altbrandenstein' pattern. The plate is marked.
