About this work

Round plate of painted porcelain. The plate is ribbed and has a scalloped edge. The plate is painted with a tiger coiled around a blue bamboo stem among flowers, scattered Indian flowers, butterflies, and branches with birds. The rim is decorated with the 'Altbrandenstein' pattern. The plate is marked.
