About this work

Wall arm of gilded copper. The appliqué consists of three interlocking C-shaped acanthus scrolls. From these, two S- and C-shaped volutes project forward on the left and right, upon which the candleholders, formed by three acanthus leaves, are screwed. Below the candleholders, rosette-shaped drip pans are attached. See: BK-1953-3-b.
