About this work
Rider on undecorated faience. The horse stands on a rectangular base and the rider sits loosely on it. The rider wears a fur cap and a German uniform from the second half of the 18th century. The horse has its left foreleg raised. An identical example belonging to the rider has inventory number BK-1955-403-a.
