About this work

Plate of soft-paste porcelain (pâte tendre) with a scalloped rim, painted in underglaze blue. On the flat surface a bouquet of various flowers and on the rim five sprigged flowers. Outside this a decorative band (godronfrieze). Marked on the underside with crossed swords with four crosses and an E[?].
