About this work

Wooden case for a knife, into which the blade can be inserted. The tin mount is decorated with ornaments and has openings through which the wood is visible. At the opening of the case, half-figures of a man and a woman are visible; the back features a loop for threading a cord. The underside of the case is decorated with a dragon's head.
