About this work
Linen damask napkin with flowers and garlands. Central field: an upright, fine, winding branch, bound with cord and tassel, is intersected by a broad, wavy, leafy branch. Borders: three straight frames, spirally wound; the middle one is broad and wrapped with leaves, the outer one narrow and entwined with a fine flowering branch.
