About this work
Porcelain cup on a spreading foot with a high, curled handle, covered on the glaze with red and gold. The outer wall is covered in red, and the foot, rim, handle, and part of the inner wall are covered in gold. On the outer rim, a floral vine in one of the gold bands. Empire.
