About this work

Silver candlestick. The six-lobed, vaulted foot merges into the stem, which is twisted above the knop. Festoons on the foot, connected by a remnant of scroll ornament. The knop and stem are decorated with chased flowers and vines. The loose drip pan is unadorned.
