Jacket of loosely woven cotton, long with high waist, round neck, short sleeves, gathered skirt with attached train, decorated with scattering motif of flowers tamboured with multicolored silk. Model: short bodice with low neckline provided with tunnel with cord that is tied in the middle front. The bodice has an overlap from right to left, which closes on the left shoulder and at the waist with a conical button. The right side of the overlap is sewn shut and must give the illusion of symmetry by a button on the shoulder and at the waist; the corresponding buttonholes however are missing. The conical buttons have a hard core wrapped in white cotton yarn. Lining of linen with closure in the middle front by means of five copper(?) hooks and eyes, next to five scalloped loops. In the middle back, both the lining bodice and also the diamond-shaped middle piece of the back panel have a vertical split that was closed with a cord through 13 scalloped eyelets on both sides.
