About this work

Patchwork bedspread of printed cottons. In the center, roses arranged in bands forming horizontally staggered rows stand out against a red ground, also made of hexagons. Each rose consists of seven hexagons, randomly combined in color. The border resembles a tric-trac board with elongated triangles of patterned cotton, sewn back-to-back, contrasting with solid red triangles. Green striped inner and outer borders.
