About this work
Porcelain cup (Iris service). Accompanied by a saucer (A). The cup tapers downwards, has a scalloped foot rim, and is decorated with relief ornaments over which a floral decoration and hatched fields are applied in green, yellow, brown, and red. The handle and edges are decorated with gold. Marked with R. / crown / C. / IRIS / C. Hoyng den Haag Utrecht in a shield and 2951 in red.
