About this work

Buffet cabinet of mahogany and oak. The cabinet has a projecting central section with sloping sides and narrow side flanks with niches. The ten legs continue into the stiles which feature rosettes and leaf motifs. The cabinet consists of three layers; at the bottom are five drawers with handles and in the middle three doors with floral carving. The middle section has an open buffet niche with a mirror; the upper section has three doors with panes in muntins over the center. The frieze shows floral motifs.
