Collar of a pelerine of natural-colored lace embroidery on machine-made tulle: tulle cutwork. It concerns only the upper layer of a pelerine. Trapezoidal model with strongly rounded corners. Running around an empty central field is a wide embroidered border of two continuous and slightly wavy feathered lines. In each wave valley and under each wave peak stands a rosette flower. Between the feathered lines are flower sprigs with similar rosette flowers between a scatter pattern of sprigs in groups of three. Running along the slanted sides and continuously along the underside is a scalloped edge of triangular shells. Along the upper side a woven ribbon is sewn.
