About this work
Dalmatic of brocade with embroidery. The outline and columns are edged with a scalloped silver galloon. The columns on the front and back feature embroidery in silver thread. The pattern alternates thorn crowns with laurel wreaths and foliage. The dalmatic is lined with black twill.
