Baby shoe of piqué and blue ribbon. Low boot with rounded toe, shaft and sewn-on sole of the same fabric. Fastening at front center with hook and loop. The fabric is lined with white soutache in a scrolling pattern. The upper edges trimmed with a pleated bright blue ribbon. With bow.
