About this work
Wall furniture of oak, veneered with burr walnut, walnut, and rosewood. A half-oval table rests on a recessed plinth on a foot with a semi-circular profile. The furniture has a semi-circular top on the top left and a half-oval top on the right at two-thirds of the height. Both with stepped edge, mirrored veneer, and a glass cover plate. The left top rests on the left stile and on a stile resting on the underlying right top, which in turn rests on a short stile on the left and is inserted into a higher right stile. The cabinet is part of a furnishing ensemble.
