Armchair upholstered in green wool with armrests ending in animal snouts

Armchair of red-stained elm wood and beech wood resting on four broad legs. The front legs rest on narrow blocks and continue into the arm supports. The front legs end in a block shape and contain an intricately carved and sculpted ornament. The armrests are partly set into the block shape and end in an animal's snout. The octagonal rear legs rest on a spherical shape and continue into the back stiles. Panels are set into the back stiles that protrude. These panels have curved side walls and contain a sculpted geometric ornament at the top. The sides of the chair between the front and rear legs and below the seat are provided with panels. Both the seat, the backrest and the armrests are upholstered in green wool with a garland pattern, secured with copper nails.
