Short evening gown or dancing gown

Knee-length evening gown of black tulle, decorated with black sequins and around the hip with a broad border of multicoloured flowers, built up from sequins. Art Déco. Continuous sleeveless model with narrow shoulders and a straight hemline, with a long round décolleté at the front and a U-shape at the back. Dropped waistline. Two attached gathered tulle strips under the hip with a small pumpkin motif.
