Brooch of silver, blue enamel and imitation pearls. Empire. Oval silver brooch with a long pin. Inside oval, dots of ultramarine enamel over a guilloché ground. Border of white-painted beads. Marks: anchor (=Birmingham), n (=date letter 1811), J. A & S (=goldsmith), lion in an escutcheon (=silver hallmark).
