About this work

Sewing basket made of woven straw. Cylindrical model with a lid. The lid, base, and sides are lined with bright blue quilted ponché silk and cotton. Lid and base in white thread. Three pockets for spools and a pincushion in the sides. Finished with blue-and-white cord.
