Cuff of natural-coloured needle lace - Brussels mesh lace - sewn onto the centre of a satin ribbon. The ribbon is pink on one side and blue on the other. The lace is sewn onto the blue section, with a narrow edge folded over the edge and secured to the pink section. On the other long side of the ribbon the lace does not extend all the way to the edge. The lace pattern consists along the top and bottom of trapezoidal fields between which diamond-shaped fields are formed. In each trapezoidal field on one side lies always one rosette flower and in the opposite fields stand semi-oval lobes with circles within them. The diamond-shaped fields are filled with diamond-shaped meshes.
