About this work

Round, lobed teapot on a low, straight foot and with a low straight rim. Conical spout. The outside is covered with a black glaze that turns reddish-brown where the glaze is thinner, on the inside with a yellow glaze. Lid and handle missing; on the break surface of the handle the orange clay is visible.
