About this work

Shawl of black machine lace, coarse imitation of Chantilly lace. Triangular shape. The pattern has large rose bouquets and garlands that are held in a pointed rising formation of C-scrolls. The scalloped edges are formed by godrons and the tulle ground is sown with knots.
