Tablecloth with stylized pattern of a wreath and 'boteh's

White linen damask napkin with a four-sided symmetrical pattern. In the center a circle from which, diagonally, highly stylized floral ornaments sprout; on the space between them flower vases. The whole is enclosed by a floral and leafy wreath from which stems sprout on the sides, from which leaf volutes sprout and which end in a peculiar ornament that fills the corners of the napkin's central field. This ornament consists of an angular, flower-branch-decorated pot or vase from which a 'boteh'-like decoration emerges, filled with a leaf motif and further with lacework. From the contours of this 'boteh' again flower branches, volutes, and a lancet-leaf-shaped ornament decorated with flowers sprout. In the center of the running and lying borders a stylized star-shaped flower with a rod or staff on either side, which is wrapped both by a ribbon and by a branch with leaves, flowers, and fruits.
