Hatpin of black felt. Model: bicorne. Entrance of natural-colored leather. Lining of white satin. Cream-colored satin bow. Decoration: trimmed with short black ostrich feathers. On the right side a loop of gold thread over an orange cockade. Button with block pattern. Address (inserted; in gold on white satin): I.J. FROGER// AND SON // AMSTERDAM (under English "standardbearers"). Between the hatband and lining a visiting card of P. VAN EEGHEN.
