About this work

Three white ruffles wound around a rose piece of cardboard. On the rose cardboard card is a pleated white silk gauze ruffle with a hem with a satin border and a smooth, narrow white border of bias ribbed silk crêpe with a silk ribbon border and two white tulle and smooth bands finished with picots.
