About this work

Linen damask napkin. The field features four rose branches and scattered leaves and buds. Running along the edge of the field is a border with rose branches tied together in the corners with a bow. Running along the border is a band with grape clusters and leaves. The napkin is marked in red with a cross-stitch: G (C?) 40.
