About this work

Linen damask thimble with red woven borders. The pattern features stars (or flowers) and knots. The double borders have stars (or flowers) and leaves, flanked by narrow borders with knots. In a corner, a letter P embroidered in white. The thimble belongs to a set of eleven thimbles (BK-1980-164-A to BK-1980-164-L) and a tablecloth (BK-1980-163).
