About this work

Finger cot of linen damask with multicolored woven borders (cotton?). In the center, rose branches in white; in the borders, rose branches in green, red, and white against a yellow ground. All around, openwork edging. In one corner, a monogram PVR embroidered in green. The finger cot is part of a set of six finger cots (BK-1980-168-A to BK-1980-168-F) and a tablecloth (BK-1980-167).
