About this work

Children's quilt, cotton, printed using mordant and resist techniques; quilted and embroidered; border and lining of white silk. Design: scattered floral pattern in various shades of red, blue, dark green with white cut-outs on a yellow/green ground. Note: the quilt was likely assembled in India.
