About this work

Lid of a porcelain tureen with a standing handle, enamelled with gold. Decorated with the heraldic arms of Hendrik Peter Godfried Quack and Isabella Gertraud von Carnap and a floral scroll. Gold band on the rim. The standing handle has modeled flower petals at the base. Inscription on the inner side of the lid with '66,21[?]/ 20+[?] Saus [...]'.
