About this work

White linen damask napkin with the capture of Belgrade from the Turks by Eugene of Savoy. Marked E M 13 under a crown. The field has a mirrored pattern with, from bottom to top: men with cannons, a city with inscription BELGRADE, a kneeling man with inscription TVRCA PRECA TVR VITAM, a rider and two half-arms. The borders have armorial trophies and a coat of arms in the corners.
