About this work
A baptismal gown of natural-coloured batiste with embroidery - white work with plumetis - and needle lace inserts. Fastening at the centre back by means of three mother-of-pearl buttons. Decorated at the front with inserts of plumetis and lace and ruches with lace. Gathered above the hem.
