Trousers of navy blue worsted wool, part of a sailor suit. Fly with buttons. Front two diagonal slash pockets with flap and button closure. Right back slash pocket with flap. On both sides at the hip fabric straps with buckle to adjust width. Wide waistband with loops. Elastic bands at the bottom of the legs and split with button closure.
