About this work

Hat of wine-red felt with standing brim and flat sunken crown, decorated with red grosgrain tied on one side. Model: separate crown and brim. The crown consists of one piece of felt without a seam. The crown is sunken at the top. The brim stands up and is edged with grosgrain. Seam at the back center. Brown grosgrain ribbon and matching hat elastic (broken). Decoration: a 4.5 cm wide band of grosgrain around the crown, laid in a flat bow on the right side and frayed at the ends.
