About this work

Fragment of cotton with a representation in roller printing and block printing in the colors red, yellow, purple and yellow. On the left alternates the Pont Neuf with the equestrian statue of Henry IV and the Panthéon; on the right the Fontaine des Innocents with Perrault's east facade of the Louvre. The representations are framed in medallions and cartouches. Portraits of the French kings Henry II, Henry IV, Louis XIV and Louis XVI are in small medallions between the representations.
