About this work
Gold necklace with faceted gold stones consisting of thirteen links and a clasp. The links are partly constructed from fine wirework (filigree). The necklace bears three hallmarks on the reverse: a city mark (Dordrecht), a date letter K (1701 or 1722), and a (yet to be identified) master's mark. Two modern gold hallmarks have been struck on the clasp.
