About this work

A rectangular brick. Recessed in the brick is a three-part tracery (imitation of a window frame), on the sides framed between obliquely placed cord motifs in relief meeting each other from above at a sharp angle. The top is completely covered with lead glaze, unequal in tint, varying between gold-brown and dark-brown, in which traces of green. From the Abbey at Aduard.
