About this work

Fragment of a frieze made of fired and partially glazed earthenware. The side is in the form of an irregular triangle. From the receding raised front, two points of a dentil molding have been carved out, decorated with a symmetrical ornament formed by a splitting branch, the ends extending into a triple leaf motif. The front is covered with green lead glaze. The fragment features a bead profile. The back wall is largely broken off. See also fragment BK-BFR-429-1.
